Dynamic web design

**Project ** A Dynamic website. This website involves developing a very basic student performance manager. The website will allow staff and heads of departments to login to the system and perform certain operations on the data that is stored. The website needed will be **very** **basic**. Specific jobs that will need to be done include: 1. Enter staff details to a form e.g. name, email, I.D and store in a database and send an email to that staff member containing a randomly generated password. 2. Enter student details to the system and allow staff members to create various reports with this information. 3. Allow staff to enter grade translation details and have a system for calculating average results. All the databases that need to be created are decided on already, and all the tasks that need to be done are known. The user interface has been created already as well, so it is mainly just the coding that has to be done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The finished product needs to be developed using ASP.NET 2.0 SQL Microsoft Access I wish to display the final product in Microsoft Visual Studio
