Enhanced Instant Messenger

I need an instant messenger software. This instant messenger software should allow exchang of audio,video,(chat) realtime between members over the internet. Similiar to MSN Messenger up to this point. Unlike MSN Messenger it should support one people to many people video and audio conferences. In other words users should be able to enter virtual rooms and join a meeting. User should also be able to create and manage their own virtual rooms.
