Fleet Management / GPS tracking System

We need a complete solution for Fleet Management Software to manage hundreds of vehicles. We will provide the GPRS Communication Protocol details to you. - Integrate devices (we have device and protocols) - Web based Application - Ability to add the resellers/sub admin to manage their own clients. - Google Maps, and others (you can suggest solutions) - Geo Fencing, Geo Coding and Reverse Geo Coding - Alerts on events. i.e. via SMS/email. We will provide the bulk sms api to send the sms. - Calculate the time needed/speed between start – end, trip creator, ideal time, speed warning etc… - Fuel level reporting, warning messages via sms (link to sms API) . the protocol already have all this info. - Customizable reports, with export to CSV, PDF, … - Ability to have unlimited number of fields sent from device at a time - Ability to use a number of devices with different communications protocols - SMS and communication system - other required. - mini version for mobile where client can log-in via mobile and select the vehicle and map it on google. very minimal functionality would be required for mobile access. Please only bid if you already have similar project done or can customize you own old/previous work, as build from the scratch is not required in this project
