Need REAL POPUP/POP-UNDER DISPLAYING CODE

Hello, The regular Javascript code to generate popup windows are all blocked now. But I noticed there are still tons of popup networks operating online? I need someone who can provide me a code that would allow me to display popups. I would like to create a popup network but first I need the code to make sure I can display the popup windows. Please note that I am NOT referring to LAYER ADS or FLY IN ADS. I am talking about REAL NEW WINDOW popup or pop-under window generating and working with both Internet explorer and Firefox. There are networks such as Clicksor, popads and several others that have popup codes that work even with popup blockers. Can you provide a code that works? Please show DEMO if you have any so I can choose you as the provider. It's not important in which coding format is your working popup code, PHP, ASP, AJAX etc... As long as it is not detected as malicious code by antiviruses such as KASPERSKY etc... - Payment will be done by Milestone. - Do not submit generic bids such as I CAN DO IT etc..
