I need to have a simple IQ type of test that will allow our user base on our Forum to have an employee sit down, enter their name etc, and then go through a series of Q/ and multiple choice answers. These Q/A need to be able to be set up by each User to their liking. I was thinking of a group of questions that we could all choose from, or enter our own. And these would be linked to that specific user for the next time that he interviews an prospective employee.
The user should be able to select any amount of question that they would like and then could also specify the value of each question. For instance, just because he has 20 questions selected, this does not mean that each question would be worth 5 points each. The user should be able to predetermine that value himself as he may feel that some questions are more important than others.
We would like the option to have several categories that would allow differing types of questions, like Jewelry, 20-30 questions, then when that is over, a Test on Electronics is opened, etc,, how ever many categories that they may need.
Also the test should be timed so that the user may specify how long each question should take to answer, answer it sooner and get extra points, take alittle longer than specified and recieve a lower grade. We would also like to be able to print a report on the correct, missed and how long the answers took to select with the benchmark next to it.
I would like this integrated into my forum where a link from the main page would open the user to the options. It also needs to have a log in , and out screen.
Some other minor details may arise out of discussion between us, and if so I would be willing to bonus you for any changes I agree on.
