Picture Uploader and Ranking System

Short description of what I need: I want to have a feature on my website that will allow the upload of multiple formats (ex. .jpg / .gif / .png ....etc). Once the user has uploaded the image it will go into a Administrative queue. When a ADMIN user logins it will have accept or deny button. If the admin chooses to accept it would then be inputed into a database table that I will use on my website to display images via different catagories. In the same table and or seperate one I need to have a ranking system built so that my users can rank the images that they see... The last thing that is kind of important is that I would like to paste a STAMP of my web address on each one of the images that are uploaded automatically? If this is possible ????? If not I can do it manually... Flowchart Example: (Using current USER databse) 1.) User uploads image via website in multiple standard image formats .. User will also have a selection of catagories that he can check and once the user uploads the image it will go into a database. The Size will need be restrictied in case someone wants to update a really big image 2.) There will be a ADMIN login page that will pull all pending image uploads and will have a accept / deny button for the admin to send the image into the live database for users to see. If the admin clicks deny then the image will be deleted from the system 3.) Once the image is accepted it will be displayed on a page via different catagories. I need to have a ranking system for each one of these images that can be stored in a database. 4.) Lastly, I would really like to automiatically stamp all images with my website. If this is not possible then I understand and can do it manaully. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Here is my current platform: Windows 2003 Standard Editon MYSQL Database IIS 6.0 .ASP Code P4 3.4 Mhz 1 gig ram
