Project Phone CRM with Twilio or VOIP and Dotnet (C# or VBnet)

We want to develop an app to follow our prospects by phone. Scheduling of the next follow up call for that prospect based on the availability of the salesmans in his/her schedule, auto dial on that call for the salesmans are some of the goodies that we want at first. As such we want to develop a CRM based on phone interaction instead of an app over the web. Of course in a next iteration, that app will have to connect to Salesforce and Zoho to share information. All the conversation will be recorded. So a follow-up will be easier for the salesmans as they will be able to listen to prior recording to see where they are the sales process. So an example of an interaction salesman call a special phone number to connect to the app. Then he dial the prospect phone number. He talks to the prospect. The app record everything. At the end the prospect hang up. The app ask the salesman if he wants to call back the prospect. The salesman push 1 for yes. The app ask for the name of the prospect, the enterprise and what products interest him. The app record this. The app ask if he wants to call the prospect back the next day, in a few days, next week or next month. The salesman push 3 for the next week. The app lokks in his shedule and tells the salesmans that tuesday 10 am is a good time because he's free. The app tells the salesman to push 1 to accept that time, 2 to choose an other time during the same day, 3 to choose an other day.ETc. The salesman push 1 to accept. Next week, the app call back the salesman the remind him of the call. The salesman could listen to the name, enterprise and products for that prospects and/or the entire record of the conversation. The salesman decide to make the call. The app will dial for him the phone number of the prospect. If the prospect is not available or the salesman want to contact again the prospect, an other appointment is made trough the app. Everything is available online and everything could be change over the web in the account of the salesman and his prospects. Propects will be able to call back the number shown on their phones and the app will work. The best thing is maybe to make a conference call one to the app and then to the prospect as the right phone number will be shown. Or maybe the phone number that could be shown will be change to show the phone number of the salesman. Eventually, the app will have to be connected with salesforce and Zoho. Everything will be done trough Twilio or a better fit. VB.net or C sharp will be used with SQL Server. The project has 2 parts. One is a application that run all the time and the other is a web site to manage the relation with the prospect. Over the web, the salesman will be able to change everything that he wants. Same thing on his phone. He will be able to search his prospects by voice or text taps on the phone and connect to the files and voice recording regarding that prospect. The name of the prospect, enterprise name and products will be saves as recording and a automated transcription will be saved a text in the database to be searchable by text. The salesman will be able to listen to the transcript and change it on the fly trough his phone or over the web. This app will have a mobile interface available over the web. This app must be multi-lingual. So an interfce will be made to add as much langage as we ants. At first it will be maximum 3. The interface must be simple to add new langage when needed. Those new langage must result in a web site in all the specific langages that we need. I need a quote for this app and how long will it takes and the price per hour after that first project will be done. Last thing, everything will be hosted on Amazon so the project must be there and tested before the final payment.
