Project Status Board

I need an ASP.NET application to track projects for our personnel who work offshore. I have found an Access database template that meets most of my needs but requires some tweaking. I do not want to continue in Access because I need this database to remain live over the web. The database/asp.net page needs to track employee, customer, project, crew-change date, pertinent project information (billing, POC, special instructions, etc.) I would also like additional pages that I can upload specific information on the employees, the customer, etc. I also want sorting capability for customers, filled jobs, employees that are not working, etc. My preference is SQL as the database but I believe my hosting supports php.
