Sales Commission Scheme

The scheme must reward up to 5,000 salespeople worldwide for their sales performance. First the salesperson must register their own details. Every month each salesperson inputs their own sales transactions (product, serial number, and customer details). The senior management authorizes each transaction. The application will calculate the commission according to a multiple tier commission scheme based on the various product/country promotions. These commissions also attract daily non-compound interest payments based on the standard interest rates. The commissions plus interest can only be can ‘encashed’ after 3 months. Various on-line performance reports must be available according the users access level. Finally, the application must be able to deliver reports/new incentive details via email. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The application must be written in MS SQL 2000/ ASP.Net (any flavor). It will run on a Win 2000 server. Browsers will be exclusively Explorer 4.0+ ## Deadline information To clarify, this is a pressure job... The decision to proceed will not be made until 4th December, I can then allocate the project, but the system must be in 100% working order on 1st January 2003. The financial reward reflects this.
