Sports Theme Web Design Project

I need a nice looking web template from a creative coder and graphic designer to design and program a sports theme template for young athletes non profit sports organization. If anyone is good with designing logos. I also need a logo design. I also need a downloadable .exe program for the coaches to enter player information and upload to the database player information. The site must have login and link to an SQL database. Search button, upload, message board scrolling for daily update of team scores, statistics for players etc... For now i need to establish the design and basic look of the web site. I will let the programmer know for additional functions. The most important thing right now is to find the right look and design. Must be very attractive and eye catching for youngsters. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Needs to run on Windows 98,2000,XP and all Internet Explorer and Netscape versions 4.0+.
