A Loan Origination System is used only by Mortgage Professionals to input loans, pull credit & merge Liabilities, and print all necessary forms to "Originate the Loan" and NOT for Lead Generation. ***** We Can provide a Very GOOD Example Demo Site with User Only Access which nearly shows EXACTLY what we want done ***** Interested individuals will be given a demo website that will be used for Reference Purposes Only in order to give the Coder a very Detailed Explanation of what we want. This is a fully web-based Loan Origination System which will allow us to add new users either Loan Officers and/or new Branches. The Loan Officers will then be able to log-in and add, edit, save, print, and track loans they have entered into their pipeline. The system will allow loan officers to print a complete loan package. System will have an internal messaging system, live-chat which will allow the Admin, Branch Managers, Loan Officers, or Processors to [login to view URL] to Input, Save, Edit, Pull Credit and Merge Credit into New Loans(using a Credit Bureau Interface) and Print Loans.
