People can vote on each server one vote every 24 hours to raise the rank of the server they like best. Also have a premium server list of 10 servers that are premium meaning they bid on the premium server list each month. and the top ten are selected and put up on the premium server list after payment is complete. The software will need to ping the minecraft server every 60 minutes or so to make sure it's online, and remove any servers from the list from being offline more than 30 days.
