17879 html/css/php quick project

Hi, I finished the design for this site and have already done most of the css and html. I need someone who is an expert in CSS & HTML to look through this and fix a couple of issues (clean the code up a bit) and fix browser issue. In addition, there is a one username one password login, that directs those who login to a members only page. This login needs to be implemented. I need this done tonight and I will be online with the Coder while this is being developed. I will only pay when it is finished, not before. I have already paid 2 people to help and they took off or left it unfinished. If you are chosen, you will be used for many future projects. Thanks! Basically we are creating content pages for a design that is already finished and just cleaning it up so it can go live.
