Live Streaming

Hello I am working on a project that requires me to receive an HTTP stream of a video that is encoded with h.264 standard. I have to process this stream for human detection.? The platform I am using is VisualC++ along with OpenCV libraries. Things I am looking for 1) **source code** to receive a HTTP stream, decode it & present it as a video that can be integrated into the existing visual c++ code for Image Processing 2)The code can use any **DirectShow** filter to decode the H.264 stream. 3)Test platform that I will use to judge the completeness of code Server side - I ll use VLC player & stream a Webcam Feed using HTTP, MPEG Encapsulation, H.264 Video codec (no audio) over local area network. Client Side - I ll use the provided code(integrated to existing work on Image Processing) to receive the stream on another PC on the same LAN.? If I can receive the stream with a good quality then the $$ is all yours :)
