Need Sample C/C++ programs that demonstrate windows clustering, failover, and load balancing

Need fully working sample C or C++ programs that can run on windows operating systems and demonstrate high availability (clustering, failover, and load balancing). These cluster aware programs need to be coded using the Microsoft NLB(network load balancing) ? and MSCS api. I am looking for someone who is familiar with these concepts and has? previously worked on writing programs that have this functionality. The programs can be simple and do not need to do anything except make the appropriate windows api calls to make them cluster aware. However the programs must be able to be compiled and run successfully.?
