Loan Calcs 1. Simple loan calc (VB example [login to view URL] ) 2. Blended Rate Calc (JavaScript example [login to view URL] Shows the true blended rates of multiple loans. Export POST data into external browser. 3. Amortization Schedule w/ export to html (JavaScript example [login to view URL]) should be able to export this to external browser. 4. Compare two loans calculator ??" shows cost of interest loan scenario #1 vs loan scenario #2. Also includes input for closing cost and prepayment penalty (early termination). The prepayment field should have another field that reduced this amount by a percentage because fee is tax deductable by usually 25% or more. This calculator is useful for loan officers that want to illustrate way its better for example to pay a 9,000 early termination and 3,000 closing cost to refinance their 350,000 adjustable rate loan at 8.25% into a 30 year fixed loan at 6.25. A table showing the savings in years would be the goal. The program should export this in a set of variables as a POST action to an external website which I could complete at a later time. 5. Debt to income calculator ??" screen should have field for two incomes, then entries for credit cards, car loans, 2 mortgage payments, taxes, insurances and other. Calculates total income Vs total debts, gives readout in percentages. This program should open in a clean interface with 5 icons representing each calculator tool. When clicked a new window with the subprogram should open. These will be running on Windows XP machines. VB or a C variant should be ok.
