Software to recognize cards

We need a software that can use a Megapixel IP Camera to recognize game cards. It is very much the same of a barcode reader that reads barcode pre-printed on cards and returns the card name (2 Heart, 3 Diamond etc.) The IP camera will be placed on top looking down the card. When the dealer draws a card and place on the player card box 1, the IP camera will use Recognition to read the card and send the signal to the PC. Bidders should have experience with this kind of software. We need this to be done perfectly. It is best if you have the software working already.
