C++ application Source code for email scanner

I have posted this project before but did not get any satisfactory response. I need source code for driver for email scanning. I have my own database of signatures to scan against. You must have already worked on this appliction or have a ready application to deliver. No ui is required just compilable code which will allow me to intercept emails , scan them against binary signatures, if malicious content found remover the file, attach a text file telling why attachment was removed, if nothing found stamp it such as ...scanned by this program.... Basically not just able to read but also write content of email. Please check out pctools internet security or avg interenet security which has email scanner built in it.
