Enhancement of existing PHP site functionality

PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SCOPE DOCUMENT. I am looking an expert developer in PHP / MySQL /jQuery/ AS3 to get develop the below functionalities in my existing Web Portal. NOTE: I will provide online access of MySQL data and routine/stored procedure in MySQL database to fetch the dynamic content. I will also provide the page/forms layout and navigation flow thru static presentation screens. Design, development and correction of the following in the listed order: (For individual point see the attached files). 1. Forum Page - PHP BB has been integrated in a Frame. The work needs to be done: i. Website and Forum login synchronization. The user needs to be login using my registration form. While using the PHP BB forum, the credentials needs to be checked with the information inserted using our site registration form/table. ii. Inclusion of Forum as page instead of in Frame 2. Interest Profiler (A questionnaire + final score page) 3. Education-Experience-Training Profiler (5 page very simple forms) 4. Career Database ??" (2 pages) 5. Google Ads integration 6. My CV (EuroPass) ??"
