Enable User Flagging of Content on a Drupal site

[login to view URL] We are looking to hire a developer to add the ability for logged in users to flag lessons with the following flags: Inappropriate Incomplete Not a lesson Incorrectly labeled Very poorly written As an example page: [login to view URL] The option should be a widget to the right of the lesson, just below "Materials" Titled "Flag this lesson as..." with Check boxes and a button to submit. Users should receive a point in the integrated point system for successfully submitting a flag. The job will include creating a level of user, "Worker Bee," (much like a Bureaucrat on similar sites) that has the ability to edit & delete lessons that have been flagged.
