Baseball Pitch Count iPhone Application

Seeking to have an application created to work on the iPhone and iPod Touch that will allow the user to enter the names of their baseball pitchers and track the number of pitches thrown and if the pitch was a ball or strike. ? Each pitcher within a game will have different pitch counts.
