CAD and 3D studio MAX

Hey guys! This is how it goes..... I have a couple hand drawn A1 drawings in my hands which depict a school consisted by four, one storey, buildings. Basically, the task (it is a university essay) is to reproduce this drawings in 3D CAD and then import them in 3D studio Max and produce an animated walkthrough of the building, which should last between 10 and 20 seconds. Photo-realistic materials used for the exterior of the buildings is of your choice but in keeping with buildings of the type and style. This video should navigate around the buildings and in (only) one of any four of the buildings, so basically only the outside of the buildings, their surroundings and the interior of only one building should be done photo-realisticly. This project needs to be finished by the 25th of January, the latest, because I have to submit it on the 28th. I know that you wont be able to see the "whole picture" since you cant see the drawings first. But I cannot post the drawings since they are not in digital format but hand drawn and in A1 size. So if you accept this project I will directly send them to you via courrier to your address, so it will be there in a couple of working days after our agreemet. I assure you that they are not highly proffessional, since it is for a university essay. So what I need after this is completed is a CAD file with the drawings and a 3D studio Max file with the photorealistic views and the video file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Any CAD system, I am working on Autodesk Architectural desktop 3.3, but I can have access to any other recent one. 3DstudioMax (I am using version 6, but any will do)
