CSS Page Coding

We require a coder who can take psd's and pngs and create valid xhtml pages from them, using CSS. Almost everything on the page should be done through CSS, except images, and all of the pages(15 or so) should use the same CSS Stylesheet. Please be sure before bidding that you can complete a project with the complexity showed in the screenshot of the template and that you can do 15 pages or so of this level template asap. Excellent communication skills are also a must. We would like to be in constant contact if possible. There are 15 pages that need coding approximately.
