I have an Access table like: ItemNum Note 123 Note for item 123 123 continuation of above note 123 more notes for this item 456 notes for item 456 456 more information for item 456 789 note for item 789 789 continuation of 789 note Both of the above fields are text. I would like to get the data into a better formed table (a new table) were ItemNum would only appear once and all of the notes from that item would be concatenated into a memo field like. ItemNum Note 123 Note for item 123 continuation of above note more notes for this item . . .and so on This sould be easy with a little VB script and a query. Access file attached. I would also like the code to be reuseable so that I can run it on larger tables than the one attached. Well commented code is greatly appreciated.
