Convert Access DB to VB Frontend and SQL backend

Existing Access 2000 database. Needs to be converted to MS SQL 2000 database. Needs the frontend to be created in VB or C!. Approximately 60 tables, 90 forms, 225 queries, 10 reports. No modules, no macros. The new application must read data from a local lan connection to the database. Sales Reps must have a scaled back or limited version of the application that can connect to a SQL server online to RECEIVE data for them only. No data to be saved or stored. Sales reps must be able to connect on the LAN side to send back changed data to the db. Online SQL server and local server must communicate updates, changes throughout the day. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Access 2000, SQL 2000, VB or C!. Windows XP. Database will be provided at a later time. Coder must be able to agree to a non-disclosure agreement in the future. Coder must have proof of experience. VB.NET or C#.NET is fine as well.
