Convert MS Word template to MS Excel

Requirement: One page Word template to be converted to EXCEL template. No calculations; all text entry. Text must be able to wrap. Create master template with a button to copy template to another worksheet and name the tab. Purpose: Create a set of Call Plans for a specific individual: or customer in one workbook. Non-Disclosure Template is proprietary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition on Excel 2003 or less. 3)Coding must be done in Excel. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
