Custom Wordpress Theme

Hello Coders, I am in need of a set of two custom wordpress themes. These themes should be created to produce the smallest file size possible when the code generates webpages. So use of css colors versus images should be implemented, that being said I am looking for very sharp looking themes that are both professional and functions. Who ever I hire for the job will get detailed instructions on exactly what I am looking for. 1) Themes should allow for easy adsense integration or other creative. 2) Themes should not use the word "home" for site navigation but should use the blogs name as a link to the homepage. 3) Themes should be able to use a custom header graphic, however the default install should pull the blog name and blog description into the header. This will way a custom graphic is not needed. 4) The content area of the theme (where most of the text is displayed) will be plain white. 5) This text area should be 560 pixels wide. 6) The themes should be fixed width and no more than 950 pixels wide. 7) Theme will use <the_excerpt) for category pages, thus category pages will only display the blog "excerpts" for that category. 8) Theme will not have any outbound links to wordpress or wordpress related sites. 9) Theme will have one link placed in the footer file for one website. 10) The 404 page will be present in the theme with an area for either adsense or other similar contextual ad. The two themes needed are one "three column" theme and one "two column" theme. Both themes should use right handed sidebars. **Lastly - and this is important::** The theme will contain 8 custom css files that will change the color scheme of any site using this theme. Their should be a "default" css file for one color scheme plus 7 other color schemes created by the "[login to view URL]" file. These style sheets will be named like this: [login to view URL] (defualt) [login to view URL] (example) I would like the default color pallet as follows: 1) Default: dark blue, light blue and canvas colors If you take the job you will then propose color palettes for me to approve. If I approve them then you will move forward creating the various [login to view URL] files.
