Education Agent Management System

I require a client/server program to be written in C# and using .NET remoting. This program is to be run by an education agent that accepts commission for referring university students to appropriate institutions. More details upon acceptance of the project. The analysis has already been done, with use case reports, DFDs and ERDs ready. These will be the main modules of the program: - Student Management - Institution Management - Course Management - Tracking of Institution Applications and Re-Applications if Rejected or given a conditional offer - Management of student visas and immigration appeals - Issuing invoices to students - Receiving payment from students - Calculation of institution commission and automatic batch creation of invoices into PDF format - Sending of emails and SMSes to large numbers of students - Mail merging to students and institutions - Document repository for the storage of student documents - Instant messaging and file transfer (must be able to pass thru firewall) - Scanning of documents within the program and saving the document images on the server - Able to display program GUI in multiple languages Please, DO NOT BID if you can't do it for the agreed price. [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. The client connects to the server, and the server in turn requests information from the datasource (currently a MySQL table). Server will be run on Windows 2000 Server and clients will be on Windows XP.
