Expert required for menu sub menu scroll

ONLY BID IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCED. I need drop down menu rotation/scroll as shown in [login to view URL] or here [login to view URL] . The example is horizontal, i need it in vertical menu structure. I need to apply this on [login to view URL] top left "INSTRUMENT GROUP" section. For now i have used java script menu on "Wind Instruments" for lavel one and level two. This is not scrolling/rotating from top to bottom or bottom to top on mouse up and down, it needs to be as i did show in example. I will give you text for 1st lavel sub menus and second lavel sub menus and will give you html files to implement the new css etc... Again, make sure i want the same rotation/scroll as i shown in example. You will need to comment every thing like this /* -- */ I need to do this work as soon as possible. But would be nice if you will give me in few hours. Show sample of scrolling menu.
