FTP VBA Download Project

FTP Project We have existing code which connects to our web site and downloads files as required. The code works fine, however, during the download, the user does not receive any indication of progress until the file has been completely downloaded. We would like the user to have a frequently updating display of a progress bar, showing bytes downloaded, speed and bytes remaining. Secondly, when the code connects with the website, we would like the code to check against a database on the website, which contains a list of qualified downloaders. This database does not yet exist, so creating the db on the website is a part of the project. Coder will be provided with the existing code and access to the website as required. Facility in English is required. All coding must be compatible with msAccess 2000. Coding must use vba only ??" no built-in menu commands. No Active X controls. If possible, there should be no reference to external libraries or addins that are not native to a standard msAccess 2000 installation. Buyer is to be provided with uncompiled vba code. Coder must provide an invoice. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
