PHP+MySQL mini-site with registration, resume creation and publishing tools

I am looking for PHP+MySQL application that would allow the users to register with the system and post their resume online. The following pages need to be present in the final solution: 1) Register 2) Login 3) Forgot password 4) Post resume title 5) Post education 6) Post work experience 7) Post awards and patents 8) Post skills 9) Post references 10) Post miscellaneous free-form text data After the user completes step 4, the system should save all the entered data without requiring to jump to the next step. That is, if the user chooses to enter just the title and education, and two days later logs in to add his work experience, the system should have saved the steps 4 and 5 during the first session. All the steps 4-10 allow editing of previously entered information. Some extra functionality should be present for registered users: 1) Registered users can tag a resume with a keyword of their choice. The tag itself is a link which leads to the list of resumes tagged with that keyword. Some extra functionality for non-registered visitors: 2) Full text search engine for all visitors to the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
