I want a site similar to [login to view URL] Main features I need are: 1) Ability for users to upload photos or select uploaded photos and add captions and save the edited photos to a voting area. ([login to view URL]) 2) Ability for users to vote the edited photos and the highest voted photos (with option on how many photos will move daily) will be automatically moved to the main page. Basically, it is the same as the site but I want it totally automated. Users upload their photos or select from uploaded photos, edit by adding captions, save to voting area, vote, highest voted photos will move to main page. I need to script but if you can include the site design as a package it would be better. ## Deliverables 1) A complete running site with documentation on how to customize. ## Platform Wordpress
