Quiz script General idea: To let my visitors and myself add quizzes to my site. The quizzes are supposed to be printed out and with the help of (I suggest) css, one question is to be printed on each paper (so that the question paper can be fastened to a wall) with three answer alternatives. Besides these one-question-per-paper print outs, I want a key with the correct answer alternatives to be printed out and also the user is to be able to chose a number of participants in the quiz and then get that number of print outs of answer sheets. When a user submits a quiz he is to submit his name and email and a name of the quiz. Along with every question there is to be 1. a line for the question itself 2. three lines for alternatives (named 1. X. 2.) and 3. three check boxes where the correct answer is to be checked. All this information is to be collected in a form (besides check boxes) and stored in a mysql-database. When a user visits my site he is to find a list of the names of the quizzes available. When he clicks on a quiz the link is to take him to a preview of the quiz (ie the questions listed with the alternatives). From this page the user is to be able to click on a link “print?? and there he is going to compose what he’d like to have printed out. The user will here be asked three yes or no questions (handled with check boxes), regarding what he would like to have printed out; questions, answer sheets, key. If answer sheets is checked, the user is to chose a number of participants, which will result in that number of answer sheets. After this step has been completed a “print?? button is to lead to a new web page where everything that has been composed now is presented using css, and also the dialogue window, which normally is executed with (ctr+p) is to open. This is text is abbreviated, complete descr in attached file.
