Program a shopping cart(repost)

I need a coder to program my shopping cart for united states postal service shipping and integrate it with my CMS so that I can make changes to the weight etc. myself. The other thing is simply connecting my events calandar with the shopping cart where it says "Book Now" <[login to view URL]>I think it should be fairly easy for someone with knowledge on how to do such programming. The other programmer I had did not understand shopping carts very well so it is not finished. He programmed it in a way that was very customized but not very logical for shipping purposes. I am not very tech savvy so please do not ask me to explain too much. The only thing that I know is that most of my site is PHP.
