I need a coder to program my shopping cart for united states postal service shipping and integrate it with my CMS so that I can make changes to the weight etc. myself. The other thing is simply connecting my events calandar with the shopping cart where it says "Book Now" <[login to view URL]>I think it should be fairly easy for someone with knowledge on how to do such programming. The other programmer I had did not understand shopping carts very well so it is not finished. He programmed it in a way that was very customized but not very logical for shipping purposes. I am not very tech savvy so please do not ask me to explain too much. The only thing that I know is that most of my site is PHP. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Needs to work on all web browsers and I believe it runs on Windwows XP and preferably be SEO friendly. As I stated above I am not very tech savvy when it comes to to this stuff so please excuse me if that does not make perfect sense.
