SUFC Databse

We are a football club currently using a "File Pro" database. Currenly FilePro does not allow us to manipulate data in the way we want, nor does it allow us to email direct to "grous" (ie, players, members etc). At the moment we have an excel spreadsheet to manage our player data, file pro to keep addresses of some members, and we use email distribution lists in Eudora...as you can see it is all over the place. What we want is a simple system: **Functions: **Email from database Sort into categories and send emails to specific categories Track conversations with sponsors etc Maintain sposnrship records (ie reminders when to invoice for payment, when to renew etc) Mail merge documents (letters/labels etc) direct from database **Categories **Sponsor Player Parents of Player Coach Team Manager Gold Member Supporter Member Annual Member General supporter Management Committee Supplier (eg Event Supplier, venue etc) **Within these catagories, we want to know if they have participated in (fields): ** 200 Club Jersey Calcutta Season Launch Finals Lunch Golf Day Also want to track what year they have participated in these functions/events. **Other possibilities: **Allowing certain people online access (via password) to certain data. We want to be able to add fields and catagories with ease in future years. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Continuing support (online or via phone) in case of any technical issues. ## Platform Windows 2003
