Small Access Project

This is an easy Access project. Currently using Access 2000 (I can upgrade to Access 2007 if that is better to work with). I need a database to keep track of inventory. Here are the fields I need: Product Number (varies) Product Type (Solid, Engineered, Laminate, or Unfinished) Color Classification (Dark, Medium, or Light) Sq. Ft. per box (varies) Total Sq. Ft. in stock (varies) Total number of boxes in stock (varies) Date Sold (varies) Here is an example Product Number: AX853-2 Product Type: Laminate Flooring Color Classification: Dark Sq. Ft. per box: 25.8 sq. ft. Total number of boxes in stock: 1000 Total number of sq. ft. in stock: 25800 sq. ft. Date Sold: 07/14/07 Sq. Ft. Sold for "Date Sold: 07/14/07": 258 The other part I need the database to do is to be able to calculate and track how much each product is being sold on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis etc.. I want to be able to look at the data for example for May 2007 and see a bar graph for each product number to see what the best seller was (showing how much was sold), and then for the Product Type to see what the best seller was for that, and also the color classification etc. This database needs to be easy to use. It will be updated daily, where the **user will enter how many boxes were sold**. The database **will then calculate how many boxes/sq. ft. are left in inventory**, and also keep track of the data for future reference (e.g. on April 12, 2007 50 boxes/sq. ft of AX853-2 were sold, or for the month of April, 2007 2550 boxes/sq. ft were sold etc.) as already mentioned in the above paragraph. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
