webdesign for resale

I've never done this before so I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for but I need someone that knows how to design websites. So that I can resale websites. I want to be able to let you know what my customer is looking for and then have you build the site for me. I already have a client that wants some work done on a site he already has but that I would discuss more with you later if you want to work with me on future projects. I will also want a really nice website for myself that will feature your designs in the portfolio. My sites going to be called [login to view URL] and will need some help with the logo I'm looking for something with a real feminine feel to it but not a barbie doll look.. I don't know quite how to describe what I'm looking for but my favorite color is pink and blue. I'm open for all ideas. I also really hate intros I know there pretty but I like to just get to the point. As far as pages I'm not quite sure how many pages I want but I do want to have 4 different web packages a 1 page site, a 3-6 page site, maybe a site with special graphics and flash design, and a larger package with a lot more pages. Again I'm just throwing around ideas here. I definetly want there to be order now links all over the site and a really easy to use order page with a questionnaire about what they want in there site and a box for them to describe there company or specifics they want in there site. I want a contact us page and a portfolio page I want the portfolio page to show one of your sites and have a button next to it that lets you easily slide through all of your designs. The bid amount is for my website not my clients because of course that price would vary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I not exactly sure about all of this either but I want the sites to work on basically all computer systems and in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape", "Linux", Mozilla, etc.
