I need a facebook application that is similar to the RUMMY CARD game. The application will let people play against each other (maximum of four players per table). Player will get chips and if they loss there chips they will be able to buy credit. The game will be 95% similar to the rummy game but will have a few things added/taken out to it. I want people be able to transfer credit between each other and also be able to buy gifts. Please view other rummy games rule and instruction before making a bid for this project.
