9576 Create college club site

I want a site created similar to www.rutgerschabad.org. This is our site except that we need it totally redone where the main page is not all flash rather there are flash elements. The links that we want are the same as that are currently there. The functionalities that we need on the site are as follows: Ability for users to sign up with and enter their information. Members can post in a clasifieds ad section. Entire website is controlled from the admin area (CMS) to edit the website there should not be any coding knoledge required. Admin can send sms text messages to users Photogallery ability for admin to place images in articles An MP3 player on the main page where users can losten to music, or download music Admin can upload videos Ecard section (ADmin will upload the ecards) Main page should have like the current site has where there are sections to announce upcoming events. good luck PS I think making this in Joomla would be a good idea
