Customize Skin For Existing Media Player

We need to customize the player controls for this media player (see links below)... The functions will remain the same we just need to change the look of the skin to fit the site design... We'll need these controls on the new skin: - play/pause - load bar / progress bar - volume / mute - full screen view button Plus we need some script so the player jumps to an end screen with a "Replay" and "Watch Full Video" button...
