Edit flash file

Hi, I need to modify a Flash File. **Here is a link: **[login to view URL]~hilchusa/flash-file/[login to view URL] **Here is what I still need it to do, and this is what I want you to complete for this project:** 1.? I need to make the flash file run and load faster. (open to your suggestions on how to accomplish that) 2.? Also make the 'left' image move to the center at mid-night. (Now it move the 'right' image to center) 3.? A nice drop-down menu would be added within flash to jump to different icons. It will be devided by month, when mouse hovers the month, another drop down should come out with all days in that month (I will enter the months/days, just show me where). When the day is chosen it should go arround from left-to-right. 4.? I need to be able to control if I want to skip an image. Maybe add a column to the xml where I put in the word 'skip' and midnight when it moves to this image, it should be skipped and move on to the next image. (I need it for a month like Feb when sometimes it has only 28 days and sometimes not.) 5.? We need to reset the images at midnight, all computers should go to the same image, even if a user has changed selected another image during the day. 5.? When a visitor visits the site for the first time, it should go to todays icon. Not start from the begining of the list. All computers need to load the same image at midnight. 6.? And I would need know how to set (the first time we launch it) what image it will start at. (in case it gets messed-up down the road, I need to be able to set the right icon for today) 7.? I would like the arrows to be nicer 8.? I would like to be able to click on the full side icon, not just a part of it. (Maybe make it a little wider if you need, to a maximum of 570px) 9.? I'll be glad to explain. ? ## Deliverables [][1] **Here is what I want to accomplish with this file:** This file is supposed to be a calendar, but it will not actualy work with todays real date, it only has images (that I will change to icons with dates) that moves every midnight on to the next image/icon (representing the next day). Every day of the year (every image/icon) has a file linked to it. Todays icon will always need to be in center of the file when loaded. This Flash file pulls the information from an XML file, it starts from the begining of the file and everyday it goes to the next. And every year it will start from the begining of the list and make its round again. **Here is what the file currently does:** 1.? The gallery has 365 images that will be changed to icons (1 for each day of the year). 2.? Every day at mid-night the gallery’s 1st image (the image that’s loaded in the center) changes to the next. 3.? Double arrows on each side skip to 30 icons, instead of only going to the next. 4.? When the side icon is clicked, it comes to the front. (not just the arrows control the movement) 5.? The front (center) icon is a link to a specified file (pdf, mp3 etc.) 6.?
