Existing flash site work and changes

HI guys, I have a site at [login to view URL] and the guy that built it will not give up the .fla files so there is only the .swf files. I need chagnes to about 30 blocks of land to represent houses now built, also changing existing pages from the plan of the house to actual photos of the outside and inside of the house, basically changing one photo to another. Have a look and let me know what you think...there is around 30 to complete straight away, and one or two of and on over the next month or so...
