Joomla Real State Website !!!

Hello Guys, i need some help, im working on the development of a Real State Website in Joomla, im working on design , header structure etc, what i need? ok ones i get this done, i need someone to install the correct application to upload properties, images, description, and some modules to search propertie by name, price etc etc. If you already know about what i need show me your examples, i need the best and easy to admin by someone who dont knows about internet, the client will be the one whos gonna admin the website, so i need the tool to be easy to manage.
