Quick site Quick bucks

I need a site to post my portfolio. I'm a photographer. I need a edgy, artistic site that I can upload images to and make changes to lets say 3 pages of text. One for about me, a contact page, and a reference page, as well as the gallery. The gallery should be able to be updated from the backend as well as the text. Needs to generate new folders (maybe 6-8 per page) with thumbnail layout for each image in image folderas well as generate new pages so that scrolling is not necessary to see new folder images that have been added. Would like to seee elements of Flash & PHP. If you're really good I may make a concession in the form of a bonus but its gotta be off the chain! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. The site that I referred to should be used as a template. It should look and function like this with the exception that there needs to be a backend to generate new pages for the gallery, text etc. I cannot see the backend of this particular site so I dont know what it looks like. The basics are this. It does require flash. For the backend PHP. I dont care if its open source or original whichever is more convenient for the coder. The site however must function and look like the referral site down to the buttons which will have different text inside of them.
