Real Estate Flash Brochure

**I need a program that allows me to make nice real estate brochures like this** <[login to view URL]>= **The software must be really easy to use, with a very intuitive interface:** I must be able to choose pictures on .jpg format and just insert them into the software, click a few buttons, fill a few fields and export it into a .swf (that looks just like in the webpage provided above) that I can later just upload to my webpage. The virtual tour and all the other features should work just like in the [login to view URL] brochures except for the "tools" button, which features like mortgage calculator, etc.. I don't need. The software interface must be in English but the end user interface(the brochure and all it's features) must be in Spanish. I'll provide translation. The brochure must also contain the logo of my company in the upper left corner of the brochure linked to the company's main website. Please feel free to ask questions on this project before bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP The Brochure must be playable on any Browser with Flash Player 6+ integrated.
