107124 Red 5 and Flash Lite Fix

We had red 5, an Open Source Flash Comm Server like program installed to stream video for mobile handsets. The player and the code has been written, and the server side has been installed. However, we would like it to be checked out, make sure all the components are working properly, and to tie this into our admin page so that we can uplaod files that can be streamed to mobiles.
