A simple flash drawing widget

I need a simple flash drawing widget. The flash widget should be able to do everything "offtype dot net" drawing widget is capable of doing. It should handle branding i.e. stamping [login to view URL] on the left/right of the final drawing. Plus, it should have a section allowing user to type in a short paragraph describing what he/she has drawn. And when user hits button "save image", it will do an HTTP POST to some designated web server. In return, it will display a link to where the picture/artwork is saved. You also need to come up with the server side script, php preferred. The server side script will do the following: give the drawing an arbitrary filename and save file in local folder(where to save files should be configurable), save drawing description and filesave location in some mysql database table, and report back user addressable url where the drawing can be found to the sending flash widget.
