Well to complete this project professionally will take somewhat around 40 days during which we will send you constant updates about the project status. Well we have a dedicated team so on the one end your designs will be carried out and on the other end our development team will create a rough structure and start creating the database with all the procedures and views. You have also mentioned that you dont need any open source, but to rectify all the php framework on language is open source only, for this we can .NET which is not open-source and for the project with this scope the output are extra-ordinary.
