EPIC Adventures Resort- Stakeholders Site

We are in need of creating a website that is catered not to the consumer at large but to the business community. Specifically the site will cater to the projects current and prospective stakeholders- lenders and investors, politicians and those employed within the goverment agenicies we work with. The site will also be visited by prospective strategic partners (such as architects, engineers, travel agencies), vendors and regional businesses that want to learn about the project or have been invited to the site to familiarize themselves with it. We have included an attachment that provides you an overview of the website's "structure".It provides the basics of what the site should include, bullet points of each pages content. It is our expectation to meet the selected freelancer to discuss the site design and functionality in more detail. We are ready to begin this work immediately and have a short timeframe in which we would like to complete the initial site and then wish to work with you in the weeks ahead as we develop a more ellaborate and robust site that will launch to a broader audience.
