Original and Creative Website Design

Hello! I need a new website designed. This will be for a small telecommunications company selling enhanced voice/fax messaging service to consumers and businesses. See the sample sites below for a better idea of the type of business. I desire a simple, understated, elegant design, yet professional and businesslike in appearance but still energetic and "alive" in its look and feel. Maybe some minimal flash would be ok, but I don't really like lots of movement. Maybe a flash header that loads and stops would be ok. Will need **Home Page** - see sites listed below for a sample of the styles I like. **Subpages** - standard subpage designed to match color/theme of homepage. Several of these, or preferably a Dreamweaver template. **Price Comparison page** - this will be basically a table with 5 or 6 columns across and many rows down. **Contact Us** - this will need to be a php form calling another php sendmail form so as to completely mask the destination email address from spambots. This will have about 12 fields. I may need to add a shopping cart later, but not at this time. I'm not needing any particular color scheme, but it does need to be businesslike in appearance. Thanks for your consideration of this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux/php/mysql
